How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and shipped within 2–7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only ship within Canada.
Do shipping times vary for remote locations?
Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for delivery to remote regions.
When and to where do you offer free shipping?
- Free shipping is available on orders over $99 (before tax) to addresses in Ontario, Quebec, Eastern Canada, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $129 (before tax) to addresses in British Columbia and Alberta.
- Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Northern Canada or remote locations.
What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on nutrition products.
What if my package is damaged on arrival?
- Reporting Damage:
If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged item(s) to orders@gazellenutrition.com as soon as possible. - Resolution:
Refunds or exchanges for damaged or missing items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
