How many energy chews should I eat during exercise?
Most athletes aim for around 20โ30g of carbs every 30 minutes during longer efforts, which usually works out to a few chews at a time (check the package for exact serving sizes). As with any fuelling strategy, start small and adjust based on intensity, duration, and how your gut feels.
What's the difference between energy chews and energy gels?
